We at JCL want you to be satisfied with your purchase, we stand behind our products and will exchange or replace any item that is defective or sent incorrectly by us. We do not offer any returns, refunds or exchanges on products that were customized to your request. Before you attempt to return or exchange any item, you need to email or call us to get a return authorization.
JCL Return Policy FAQs
- If we have any questions regarding your return, we will contact the purchaser listed by phone or email.
- All purchases will be refunded in the form of a check, mailed to the name and address provided.
- Original shipping charges and a restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from the refund and return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of an error by JCL. Items must be returned with all components and completely unused for a full refund.
- You can return an item bought online at our location or by mail, regardless of whether you made your purchase online or in the store.
- JCL is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit. Be sure to insure your package.
- If merchandise returned does not meet the condition of being 100% brand new and unused, the return will be declined and the merchandise will be returned to you.
- All sales are final on any item or product that has been customized to your request.
- If your item has a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, you must contact us to authorize the return for up to 7 days from delivery date.
Mail your return
- Please retain all packaging material until you're completely satisfied with the condition of your purchase. Doing so will make it easier to return the item if necessary.
